Order the officer notes on your file (GCMS notes, once called CAIPS notes), a copy of the forms and documents you submitted (case file), or both. We file the access to information (ATIP) request with IRCC or CBSA and email you what they send.

Timing
We file within one business day of receiving your signed consent form. IRCC or CBSA usually replies in 30 to 60 days, sometimes longer when overseas offices are involved.
