1. Overview

IMYgrate Consulting provides immigration consultancy services and digital products (GCMS/CAIPS notes retrieval, case file preparation, consultation sessions). This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided.

2. Consultation Bookings

• Within 24 hours of booking: refund available on request.
• After 24 hours from booking: non-refundable.
• Urgent / same-day bookings: non-refundable at any time.

3. GCMS/CAIPS Notes Service

• Before filing: If you request a refund before we file your ATIP request with IRCC or CBSA, we will refund the order amount less a 25% administrative fee.
• After filing: Non-refundable once your ATIP request has been submitted to IRCC or CBSA.

4. Refund Process

• Send refund requests to hi@imygrate.com with your order number.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Government fees (biometric, IRCC application, medical examination fees) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to third parties.
• Third-party translation, notarization, and courier costs are non-refundable.
