How we use it

To provide our services, prepare and track your applications, contact you, take payments and improve our website. If you agree, we may send you updates, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

With IRCC, CBSA, provinces and other authorities as your file needs, and with the companies that help us run our services, such as booking, payment, email, video call, messaging and file storage providers. We may also share it where the law requires. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Your information may be stored or handled in Canada, India or other countries where our providers operate. Our Chandigarh office may see your file. Information held outside Canada may be accessed by authorities there.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your file, and as long as the law and our regulator require.

Your consent

By using this website, booking a consultation or sending us information, you agree to this policy. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to continue your service.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by writing to hi@imygrate.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
