Who we are

IMygrate is the business name of MSB IMYGRATE IMMIGRATION CONSULTING INC., a federal corporation (no. 1290955-3), Suite 106, 191 King St S, Waterloo, Ontario N2J 1R1. Immigration services are provided by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Manpreet Singh Barring, licence R707350, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our Chandigarh office (SCO 362, Sector 44D) is run by IMYgrate Consulting.

Using this website

The information on this website is general and may change when immigration rules change. It is not advice for your own situation. Application work starts only after you sign a written service agreement with our RCIC.

Consultations

Consultations are paid and booked online. The fee, length and format are shown when you book. The consultation fee is separate and is not credited to any service fee.

Services and fees

The services, fees and payment schedule are set out in a written service agreement before any work starts. Fees on this website are starting fees, and taxes are added where they apply. Government fees and third-party costs, such as translation, medical exams and courier, are separate. Decisions and processing times are set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and other authorities.

GCMS notes and case files

After you order, we email you a consent form. We file the request with IRCC or CBSA once we receive it signed. Reply times are set by IRCC or CBSA, and some parts of a file may be held back.

Payments

You pay in Canadian dollars or Indian rupees through payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Your information

Please give us information and documents that are true and complete. We do not submit documents we believe are false. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
