Canada visa refusals and reconsideration
Help after a visitor visa, study permit, work permit or PR refusal, or a PFL from IRCC.
What we help with
Refusal review
Starts with a consultation
We go through the refusal reasons and what you submitted, then explain your options.
A regular 15-minute video call (CAD 45 or ₹1,500) is enough for a refusal review. Received a PFL, an additional document request (ADR) or a recent refusal? Book the urgent call (CAD 90 or ₹6,000).
PFL (procedural fairness letter)
from CAD 500
IRCC sends this letter when an officer has concerns about your application. It gives you a chance to respond before a final decision is made.
We prepare a clear written reply with supporting documents, within the deadline in the letter.
Request for reconsideration
from CAD 900
A written request asking IRCC to look at a refused application again, for example when key documents or facts were missed.
We review the decision and your application first, then prepare the request with supporting documents.
GCMS notes
₹1,000 or CAD 20 + tax
Your GCMS notes show what the officer wrote on your file, including comments at each processing stage.
We send the request to IRCC or CBSA for you. Some parts may be held back, and the notes don’t include copies of the documents you submitted.
